Omg. Seriously, after being out of school so long and being such a chronic skipper/quitter, I didn’t think I was going to survive the semester, let alone have A’s in most of my classes. *dies*
My finals are during the next 3 weeks, but since I got my current mark standings a lot of the stress that had been eating away at me and keeping me from art has faded. Throughout all of this, my desire to do art has come back full force so I’m grateful. I think half of my issue that caused the whole block was the sheer amount of free time I used to have to do art. I guess I don’t appreciate things until I can’t have them anymore xD
Anyway I’m feeling refreshed now and full of ideas. I’m even making weak attempts at writing, which is something I could never have seen me doing. Anything I can have as an outlet at this point is exciting, but more importantly, I hope to draw and color SOMETHING before the year is out. It would totally turn around my opinion on this awful year of art for me if I could... *hope together with me people!*
Other than that, I’m totally thankful for everyone popping by during my extreme art hiatus and keeping my page alive, plus the favs on my scraps o.0 I was surprised and beyond words when I signed in an saw that. I’m insanely backlogged now :’( I’m sorry about that!
As a result, I have to ask, to those of you who might still be watching my journal, or heck anyone who pops by my page and reads this (regardless of whether I watch you or not) if you have time, post links in my comments of the pieces you’ve produced lately that you’re most proud of. I intend to go through everything I can in my inbox and through my watchers list, but highlights are love since I have so little time these days >_<

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I've been beaten to death with prepping for school. I start in just over a week, but I've become a total nerd and been reviewing and previewing already. It's been ages sing I had a full course load; I'm a bit scared I won't be able to handle it.

I had read most of your new posts once you sent the link, but never got around to faving and commenting since things kept pulling me away when I was getting to it, soooooooo I'll be sure to spam you over there in a few mins too while I gather my thoughts.
